Job Description

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships providing exceptional client support and ensuring seamless communication between departments and customers. The Customer Service Liaison will serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams ensuring that every interaction reflects the quality and professionalism that define Elevare Branding.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requests are managed efficiently.

  • Provide updates and feedback to clients in a timely and professional manner.

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance satisfaction.

  • Uphold company standards and brand values in every client interaction.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Business Marketing or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in customer relations client service or account coordination.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • A professional polished demeanor and a client-first mindset.
