In this role you will be responsible for:
Sales & Agency Network Expand and manage independent travel agencies in the region build relationships and negotiate partnerships.
Market Development Promote products through presentations workshops and industry events.
Sales Execution Achieve regional sales targets support agencies with offers and training.
Business & Brand Growth Strengthen brand presence monitor competitors and participate in strategic and operational meetings.
Operational Support Organize events lead familiarization trips and enhance agent service quality.
Professional experience and skills:
Very good knowledge of agency networks and tourism products.
Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes (operating area: half of Poland fieldwork) mandatory requirement.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in implementing monitoring and improving processes carried out in sales points.
Analytical skills knowledge of Excel at least at an intermediate level mandatory requirement.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with business partners.
Effective communication skills and ability to build productive cooperation.
Change management skills ability to persuade others to your views and arguments.
Independence initiative in actions and goal-oriented mindset.
Team work skills.
Valid category B driving licence.
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing sales points in tourism branch.
Familiarity with the MerlinX Blue Vendo booking system and Samo.
A university degree in a relevant field is preferred.
