Job Summary
FACILITATE ASSOCIATE TRAINING
Be involved in the training of each new hire
Observe and give feedback to Ambassadors
Be a subject matter expert in every roleCRITICAL ROLES TRAINING
Identify critical roles needs in the SC
Subject matter expert able to train associates in any role
PERMISSIONS
Grant permissions for associates logistics team and Ops leaders at the SC
Manage permissions of Day 1 associates
Update share drive with permission guidelines: TRAINING RECORDS
Collect training rosters and submit updates to proper database
Train Ambassadors on proper training recording and labor tracking
SUPPORT OPERATIONS
Attend stand-ups and deliver learning related messages
Work with Ops to improve safety quality and service
Work in process
Attend Gemba provide feedback for Learning DepartmentMENTOR
Maintain a positive attitude both on and off the floor
Practice the Learning Principles
Find the answer
Put the associate first
Work alongside associates in their process path
Encourage growth within Amazon

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $38480/year in our lowest geographic market up to $49920/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
