Job Summary

As the US IT Leader youll set the direction for IT operations across Wixs US offices ensuring smooth onboarding/offboarding infrastructure help desk networking and security management. Reporting to the Head of Global IT youll lead a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class security services. Youll implement global initiatives at the local level ensure operational excellence and drive innovation for US employees.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee US IT operations across infrastructure help desk networking and security in multiple offices

  • Develop and manage a high-performing team including hiring coaching and performance management

  • Implement global IT strategy locally driving new technologies integrations and security standards

  • Monitor and ensure KPIs such as SLA compliance uptime and successful system rollouts

  • Lead AI-driven automation initiatives optimizing IT workflows ticket resolution and system monitoring through machine learning and LLM-based tools


Qualifications :

  • 5 years in IT including 2 years managing cross-site teams

  • Strong background in cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) and DevOps automation

  • Hands-on leader with both strategic and operational focus

  • Experienced with ITSM tools (Jira Service Management ServiceNow)

  • Proven track record in scaling infra and workflow automation

  • Solid understanding of networking security and CI/CD pipelines

  • Effective communicator aligning IT strategy with business goals
     

This  is a hybrid position and the team is expected to come to the office in New York a minimum of 3 days per week.


Additional Information :

We are Wixs IT Team. We provide technical assistance and support to Wix employees regarding computers servers hardware software and events on a global scale. We take care of everything from configuration to control and maintenance troubleshooting and monitoring using the newest technology for device management services Ansible and automation engines. We build fully automated processes for monitoring purchasing security incidences SLM CRM etc.

 

Approximate annual base compensation is $155000-$180000. Along with base pay youll receive company RSUs as part of your total compensation.
