Job Summary
As a Portfolio Group Reservations Coordinator youll play a pivotal role in the success of group bookings across our Portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound FIT reservation inquiries - from initial contact through to post-stay follow-up.
- Converting group inquiries into confirmed bookings while maximising revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborating with hotel teams to coordinate group logistics and ensure seamless service.
- Acting as the first point of contact for group bookings and fostering strong client relationships.
- Staying up to date with and promoting the ALL Live Limitless loyalty program
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who brings both passion and precision to their work. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in the Hotel industry
- A service orientated mindset
- Confident clear & engaging communication relationship & networking skills
- A high level of organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines & multi-task
- A proactive solution-focused attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Full valid Australian working rights
- The availability to work 38 hours per week
