Are you ready to be the engine room of a premier NSW venue Boomerang Hotel is seeking an energetic results-driven Assistant Manager to join our leadership team!
This is your chance to move beyond the bar and truly contribute to the success of our vibrant hotel. Youll work side-by-side with the Publican leading our fantastic crew and ensuring every guest experience is five-star. We need a hands on assistant leader who can manage the floor mentor staff and drive profitable outcomes with a smile.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- Youve been around the bar bistro or gaming room block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
