Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Open Air/Suite Projects System Specialist to support and optimize our project management software systems. The role is responsible for configuring maintaining and enhancing Open Air (Workday) or similar project portfolio management platforms to ensure accurate project tracking reporting and alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with an understanding of energy industry project management processes.
What You Will Do:
- Configure administer and maintain Open Air/Suite Projects or similar project management platforms including scriptsworkflows templates user permissions and integrations
- Serve as the primary system administrator for project management software ensuring data integrity system performance and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with project managers finance and operations teams to translate business requirements into system configurations reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting KPIs and dashboards to support project planning forecasting and performance analysis.
- Provide training documentation and ongoing support to end users to maximize adoption and effective system usage.
- Partner with IT Finance and PMO teams to implement system enhancements upgrades and integrations with other enterprise tools (ERP CRM or analytics platforms).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues coordinating with vendors or internal technical teams as needed.
- Stay current on Open Air/Suite Projects system updates best practices and industry trends recommending process improvements and optimization strategies.
- And other duties as assigned.
What to Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Project Management or related field.
- 35 years of experience administering Open Air Suite Projects or other enterprise project management platforms.
- Strong understanding of project portfolio management resource planning and project lifecycle processes ideally in the energy sector.
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau) and data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with integrations between project management systems and ERP/CRM solutions is a plus.
- Certification in project management or system administration (PMP Workday PPM Open Air Admin) is preferred.

- Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
