Synergie is seeking aPackaged Waste Driver/Service Rep for an industry leader in sustainable waste management solutions located in Lonsdale.
Tenure: 3 months Temp to Perm for the right Candidate
Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 38 hours 6am to 2pm OT if required
Pay rate: $37.66/h $100 LAHA (when doing overnight stays in rural SA)
Job Brief/Overview
Duties:
- Responsible for the servicingmaintaining & cleaning ofpartswasherspartscleaning sinks turbo-wash machinesand packaged collections
- Operating flat deck truck for purposes of movement of drums and packaged waste
- Delivery of packaged waste to disposal site
- Using vacuum hose on truck (training provided
- Repetitive manual handling up to 30kgs - Dirty/heavy role
Essential Licenses Tickets:
HR license Manual preferred
Forklift Ticket desired not essential
Desired Experience:
Labouring experience
Customer service experience
Ideal candidate:
Understands that the role is not just driving a truck majority of work will be physical
Good work ethic understand importance of turning up to work
Commitment to safety
Self-motivated
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
High attention to detail
Customer-centric mentality able to engage with customers
Pre Employment Requirements:Cleanaway WH&S to be completed prior to commencement (certificate to be presented to site manager on arrival).
