Job Summary
We are seeking a Site Superintendent Representative Water/Wastewater to oversee and manage construction activities for major infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Act as Superintendents Representative for construction contracts ensuring compliance and quality.
- Supervise water and sewer network installations and treatment plant construction.
- Monitor contractor performance and manage site operations to meet project timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide detailed progress reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and operational challenges.
Qualifications :
Ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise and leadership skills. We are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent Representative or in contract management for construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of water and sewer network construction and treatment plant projects.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High-level organisational and reporting skills.
