The Pantry Operations Associate is responsible for the daily operation and oversight of the food pantry including supervision of pantry staff and volunteers. This position coordinates food donation pickups and deliveries through the Feeding America program and maintains relationships with store managers and the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.50

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree preferred.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and six months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR LICENSES
Candidate must possess a valid drivers license
This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a valid Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certification within the first 30 days of hire. Re-certification will be required as specified by DOT guidelines. Please not that the cost of the certificate exam only will be covered by JCEO but any additional associated costs (e.g. medical evaluations or appointments) will be the responsibility of the employee.
