The Role
As a Partner Sales Executive youll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with banks and FinTech organizations. Youll own a quota and lead partner-driven sales opportunities from initial engagement through deal closure. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in B2B sales who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on more ownership and impact.
Youll work closely with partner sales teams relationship managers and solution engineers to identify opportunities deliver tailored solutions and manage a healthy pipeline. Success in this role means becoming a trusted resource to our partners and a consistent contributor to team revenue goals.
How Youll Contribute
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner sales teams to support joint selling efforts.
- Deliver training and enablement sessions to help partners effectively position Paymode.
- Serve as a key point of contact for partner-led opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Own and manage a personal quota tied to partner-driven sales.
- Lead the full sales cyclefrom discovery and solutioning to negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful implementations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce including opportunity status call notes and forecasting.
- Track key metrics and report on pipeline health and progress toward goals.
- Work with solution engineers to tailor demos and proposals to client needs.
- Understand client workflows and requirements to help shape compelling solutions.
- Share feedback and insights to improve partner programs and sales processes.
- Contribute to team best practices and support cross-functional collaboration.
If you have the attributes skills and experience listed below we want to hear from you:
- 3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in SaaS FinTech or payments.
- Proven ability to manage a quota and close deals.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience working with or selling through partners is a plus.
- Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized proactive and collaborative.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
