DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with management team to improve and implement results-driven recruiting and staffing strategies for domestic and international hiring.
- Design review and execute strategies for hiring required talents in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipeline through creative sourcing and recruiting methods including internet resources advertising campaigns career fairs networking and other proactive sourcing approaches.
- Continuously benchmark the company with the best practices in the industry in terms of sourcing. Acquire and track market information on availability of talents.
- Make recommendations on compensation packages extend job offer and prepare offer letter.
- Manage employee referral and relocation programs.
- Prepare various staffing reports for management on regular basis.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management Social Sciences Business Administration or other related disciplines.
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience in Human Resources with the last 3 years (at least) in Staffing role for a large manufacturing company.
- Prior experience in building a recruiting infrastructure would be an advantage.
Skills
- Solid understanding of the full life cycle of Staffing Process and demonstrated success in recruiting and hiring IDLs including management positions.
- Good knowledge of local labor legislations and local labor practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and able to interact with diverse personalities.
