Join Novartis Pharma AG to lead process transformation in Medical Affairs. As Associate Director youll drive global process excellence digital enablement and compliance across the Lean Digital Core (LDC) program. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and improve processes using Business Process Excellence methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and standardize global Medical Affairs processes
  • Lead LDC implementation and digital transformation
  • Ensure governance and regulatory compliance
  • Engage stakeholders through workshops and change management

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in life sciences data science technology or business
  • 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry
  • 3 years in global/matrixed environments
  • Strong experience in process mapping and digital tools
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Fluent in English
