- Ensure governance and regulatory compliance
- Engage stakeholders through workshops and change management
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences data science technology or business
- 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry
- 3 years in global/matrixed environments
- Strong experience in process mapping and digital tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Fluent in English
