Financial Stewardship Director

Overview
Were looking for an organized detail-oriented and proactive leader to serve as our Financial Stewardship Director. This role plays a key part in ensuring our restaurant runs with excellence by maintaining disciplined systems around labor food cost inventory facilities and equipment while supporting a healthy thriving team culture.
Youll oversee the behind-the-scenes stewardship that fuels our front-line hospitality. The ideal candidate has strong administrative and analytical skills thrives in structured environments and loves developing systems that drive both financial performance and team success.
Key Disciplines
Daily Disciplines
- Monitor labor performance and make adjustments as needed
- Complete food cost audits and ensure systems are followed
- Monitor store communication emails
- Follow up on attendance accountability and performance
Weekly Disciplines
- Conduct group and second interviews
- Lead restaurant walk-thrus with focus on facilities equipment and inventory
- Update and maintain budget and invoices
- Manage restaurant scheduling
- Oversee supply ordering and vendor follow-ups
- Partner with leadership to ensure alignment on operations and financial goals
Monthly Disciplines
- Review/Analyze and create action from reports
- Financial Calculation Report
- Food Cost Report
- Talent Investment Reports
- Update key metrics on Restaurant scorecard
- Manage end of month package business credit card and monthly budgets
- Conduct landscape and facility walk-thrus
- Lead/organize Sunday cleanings
- Personal Development
Success Indicators
- Labor cost food cost retention and a healthy roster
- Accurate timely reporting and proactive communication
- Strong systems that create financial clarity and operational confidence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership operations and/or financial management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High integrity and accountability in managing information
- Comfortable with numbers budgets and performance analysis
- Passion for supporting a high-performing team in a mission-driven environment
Position Details
- Full-time role based at Chick-fil-A Harvey
- Reports directly to the Operator
- Competitive compensation based on experience/Pay range $23-$30/ hour
