About the Company:
Synergie Australia is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator / Trade Assistant to join one of our valued clients based in Wetherill Park. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a reputable engineering and manufacturing company known for producing high-quality industrial and mining equipment.
About the Role:
In this hands-on role youll be supporting tradespeople in daily workshop operations while handling materials and assisting with general fabrication and assembly work.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts to move materials and products within the workshop
Assist boilermakers fitters and welders with assembly and fabrication tasks
Load and unload trucks and equipment safely
Perform basic workshop maintenance and housekeeping
Use hand and power tools as required
Follow safety procedures and contribute to a positive team culture
Skills & Experience:
Current Forklift Licence (LF) essential
Previous experience in a manufacturing engineering or fabrication workshop
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Mechanically minded with a strong attention to detail
Reliable punctual and a proactive team player
