Entry-Level Administrative Assistant (Onsite Phoenix AZ)
Pay Rate $18.00-$20.00
Were looking for an organized reliable and hands-on Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves variety likes helping others and isnt afraid to jump in wherever needed.
Youll be the go-to person onsite helping with everything from office organization and event coordination to daily operations and vendor support. If youre proactive detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment youll fit right in!
What Youll Do
Greet and assist visitors team members and clients in a friendly professional way.
Help with meeting setup event coordination and general scheduling.
Keep the workspace organized and stocked with supplies and amenities.
Support with light maintenance tasks (like tidying shared spaces or organizing deliveries).
Handle administrative duties such as data entry filing and updating documents.
Communicate clearly with staff and vendors to coordinate daily needs.
Assist with invoices orders and basic reporting as needed.
Run errands or coordinate small onsite projects when required.

Great communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working onsite MondayFriday 8am5pm (and occasionally for events).
Within a reasonable commute to our Phoenix location.
