Are you an experienced leader in the Architectural Precast Concrete industry looking to take your career to the next level Were seeking a strategic and hands-on Plant Manager to oversee our production facility and inspire operational and team excellence.

In this critical leadership role you will manage the entire production process - from scheduling through project completion - while building and leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for all aspects of plant operations including:

Production Scheduling & Inside/Outside Bed Planning
Inventory Control & Materials Management
Mold Shop Fabrication Oversight
Stripping Pouring and Finishing Coordination
Team Leadership & Workforce Development Across All Plant Departments
