Job Summary
Business Manager Client & Regulatory Reporting: AWM Belgium / Luxembourg / Paris

Overview:
Support the Head of Data & Reporting in overseeing and improving the industrialized client fund and regulatory reporting processes. Coordinate with various teams to secure daily production follow up on project implementation and contribute to process improvements and target operating model delivery.

Support the Head of Data & Reporting in overseeing and improving the industrialized client fund and regulatory reporting processes. Coordinate with various teams to secure daily production follow up on project implementation and contribute to process improvements and target operating model delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight:
- Monitor reporting production status and coordinate with contributors to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee and streamline reporting activities including Chennai team production oversight.
- Support the transfer of production processes to Chennai where relevant.
- Process & Quality Improvement:
- Enhance the client reporting offer (content design and coverage of new products).
- Work with Data Services to improve data quality and upstream controls.
- Identify and implement process optimisations.
- Project & Change Support:
- Support project implementation in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Participate in defining and implementing the target operating model.
- Prepare and support reporting activities as part of the Globe project.
- Collaboration with Key Teams:
- Data Services: Improve data quality and reporting offer.
- Chennai Reporting: Monitor production and streamline workflows.
- IT Reporting: Define requirements and test new solutions.
- Reporting Delivery & Client Services: Define and implement new client requirements.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Operations Reporting and/or Performance within an Asset Management company.
- Strong understanding of reporting processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in French and English (mandatory).
- Proactive structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with global teams (e.g. offshore collaboration) is a plus.
