Work youll do
As a part of Strategy Risk and Transaction (SR&T) - Valuation & Modelling team Candidate will be responsible for:
- Work together with other team members and engagement managers in performing business / share valuation for potential buy-side and sell-side M&A and financial reporting purpose
- Assist with researching various technical and industry specific issues
- Perform market and industry analysis
- Perform financial analysis
- Assist in valuation report preparation
- Assist engagement manager in key finding/reporting presentation to client
- Participate in the development of proposal and client presentation

Requirements
- Bachelors or masters degree in accounting Finance and/or other related fields
- Analyst- 0-1 year of working experience in auditing and finance related field
- Good analytical skills and be able to work independently with the projects assigned
- Good command in English both speaking and writing skills
- Professional credentials such as SEC-FA license CFA FRM is a plus
