- Work with Leasing Coordinators on all leasing inquiries (phone email web walk-ins).

- Build authentic rapport with prospects understand their needs and recommend the right fit from our diverse rental portfolio.
- Conduct engaging informative and welcoming tours in-person and virtual with deep product knowledge and warmth.
- Deliver a seamless personalized leasing experience aligned with CLV Groups brand and service promise.
Leasing Process Coordination
- Confidently guide future residents through the full leasing journey from inquiry to move-in.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM and property management systems.
- Proactively follow up to ensure high conversion personalized engagement and strong retention.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Partner with the leasing and marketing teams to elevate our brand presence and drive occupancy.
- Keep listings and promotional materials up to date appealing and consistent with brand tone.

Market Knowledge & Competitive Edge
- Stay informed on local rental market trends pricing availability and neighbourhood dynamics.
- Take the time to understand what future residents are truly looking forand what other options they may be considering.
- Be familiar with our competitors: what they do well and how our communities compare to provide honest well-informed guidance.
- Share insights transparently and sincerely helping prospects weigh their options and feel confident in their decision.

- Generate reports and track leasing performance to support data-driven decisions.
