Project Manager
Job Description:
- Coordinate and lead project teams ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop project plans including goals timelines budgets and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress identify and resolve issues and communicate regularly with stakeholders
- Manage project risks and ensure proper mitigation strategies are in place
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Prepare and present project status reports to management
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Proven experience as a project manager or a role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $104000 - $146000 per year
