Job Summary

Cedar Ridge School District is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining district facilities ensuring a safe efficient and well-functioning environment for students staff and the community.Hours:7:00 AM 3:00 PM (8-hour shifts Monday through Friday)

Primary Duties Include:

Performing general maintenance and repair work on district buildings and grounds
Assisting with plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry projects
Maintaining and repairing equipment and fixtures
Supporting setup and preparation for school events
Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Performing other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor

Qualifications:

Experience in one or more skilled trade areas (plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry etc.) preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks and operate maintenance equipment safely
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Dependable punctual and detail-oriented
