Job Title: Tech Lead (.NET React & React Native)

Reports To: Development Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET (C#). As the key

technical liaison between the Development Manager and the development team you will drive

technical execution ensure quality delivery and be actively involved in backend development.

This role requires coding with your own hands primarily in .NET and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable applications using .NET React and React Native.

Write hands-on .NET code and actively contribute to the core backend implementation.

Translate product and business requirements into technical specifications and

development plans.

Act as the technical bridge between the Development Manager and the development team.

Collaborate with front-end mobile QA and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.

Maintain a focus on performance scalability security and maintainability.

Requirements:

8 years of hands-on experience in software development as a Full Stack developer with

strong proficiency in .NET (C#).

Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Proven ability to lead or mentor development teams.

Excellent understanding of modern software architecture API design and microservices.

Experience with relational databases and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git and Agile development practices.

Fluent spoken and written English.

Nice to Have:

Experience with React Native and ReactJS.

Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development.

Exposure to DevOps tools and infrastructure management.
