They are seeking a Life Insurance Manager to join their growing actuarial this role you will support the delivery of actuarial consulting services to leading financial institutions contribute to business development initiatives and lead critical projects that create real value. You will stay ahead of developments such as Solvency II and IFRS 17 ensuring regulatory and strategic solutions are seamlessly integrated for clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality actuarial consulting services to life insurance clients.
Support senior colleagues in building and maintaining client relationships including contributing to proposals and business development initiatives.
Lead and manage multiple projects or workstreams ensuring delivery within scope budget and timelines.
Stay abreast of regulatory and industry developments (e.g. Solvency II IFRS 17) and integrate this knowledge into client solutions.
Contribute to intellectual capital development and thought leadership within the business.
Education: Qualified Life Actuary (Fellow or equivalent).
Experience: Proven experience in the life insurance industry in either consulting or (re)insurance roles.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Capital/Solvency II and IFRS 17.
Experience in financial modelling and risk management techniques.
Strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in pricing desirable but not essential.
Other:
Proven ability to lead small project teams (23 people).
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively on client engagements.
Flexibility to travel and work on client sites as required.
Familiarity with a broad range of insurance products (with-profits knowledge desirable).
