What youll be doing (and why youll enjoy it)
Youll take ownership of the month-end close process across multiple international entities preparing financial records under IFRS managing tax and VAT returns and delivering financial insight that supports strategic decision-making. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams including billing accounts payable payroll and compliance. Your role includes preparing statutory reports regulatory returns board packs and liaising with auditors. Plus youll manage two junior accountants coaching and guiding them to ensure high performance across the team.

What youll need
Youre a qualified accountant (SAIPA or CIMA) with solid IFRS experience and a background in financial services. You have a sharp understanding of tax regulations across jurisdictions and ideally have worked with Microsoft Business Central and Caseware. Advanced Excel skills are a must and any exposure to Power BI or macros is a bonus. Youve managed others before and bring strong coaching and mentoring skills. Experience in regulatory filings will stand you in good stead.
