Our client is searching for a Development Manager to take the lead in building scalable systems mentoring dev squads and deploying innovation across the enterprise. This isnt a bug fixits a full system upgrade.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your Mission Parameters:
Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA engineers
Architect and implement robust scalable solutions using modern frameworks and best practices
Drive recruitment onboarding and continuous development of technical talent
Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to release
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless system integration
Own delivery timelines and product strategy across the tech stack

Your Tech Stack:
3 years in a similar leadership role
Tertiary qualification in IT (Bachelors or equivalent)
Hands-on technical expertisestill love to get your hands dirty in code
Strategic thinker with strong planning and people skills
