Requirements
- 15 years experience as a Road & Earthwork Foreman or similar role
- Sound knowledge of road construction and earthwork techniques
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management or a related field is a plus
