Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Assist with data administration tasks on pitch infrastructure and tools
Create and edit pitch records in BCI Pitch Tracker following the new process
Review and update the status of recent pitch entries
Upload files to BCI Pitch Tracker and other pitch infrastructure
Compile firm deals/matters from various sources into templates
Add keywords and filters to content in PiXel pitch automation tool
Review content in PiXel flag duplicates and assist in updating information
Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary
