Job Summary

Understanding Business Needs Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals functional requirements and technical requirements.

Collecting and analyzing data related to business operations and system performance to provide recommendations for improvement.

Documenting functional and technical requirements accurately and comprehensively to ensure solutions align with business needs.

Developing and documenting proposed technical and process solutions to meet business and user requirements.

Providing support and guidance during change and organizational transformation processes to ensure successful solution adoption.

Effectively communicating with all stakeholders and coordinating efforts between various project-involved teams.
