Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering analysing and translating business needs into clear functional requirements. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders Product Owners developers and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in analysis documentation and translating business needs into functional requirements
- Reverse analysis of legacy systems (including exploring APIs and databases)
- Elicit analyse and document business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope priorities and success metrics
- Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and UAT activities
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
- Identify gaps risks and improvement opportunities across systems and workflows
