Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly reliable and tech-savvy Remote Call Center Representative to join our customer service this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing support resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls emails or chats from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding products services orders billing technical issues or general questions

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments

  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system

  • Maintain knowledge of company products promotions and policies

  • Meet performance metrics including call handling time customer satisfaction and resolution rate



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree is a plus)

  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple customer interactions

  • Quiet distraction-free home office with reliable high-speed internet

  • Required Skills:
