Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly reliable and tech-savvy Remote Call Center Representative to join our customer service this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing support resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls emails or chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer inquiries regarding products services orders billing technical issues or general questions
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Document all interactions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system
Maintain knowledge of company products promotions and policies
Meet performance metrics including call handling time customer satisfaction and resolution rate
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree is a plus)
Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple customer interactions
Quiet distraction-free home office with reliable high-speed internet
