Job Summary
Description
- Strong project and team management skills he will require to coordinate at least 4-5 people in the team
- key expertise on credit model validation or model development essential
- Ideally model validation or model development experience so this person can effectively challenge the team
- Strong banking risk knowledge especially experience in credit risk modelling and nice to have would be experience in other risk modelling (operational risk market financial crime etc)
- Strong statistical background which is a basis for model validation
- Strong Python skills so he can be able to be hands-on with the team and review their work (nice to have SAS knowledge)
- Good communication skills written: writing of validation reports oral: discussion with our APs/ Partners on the details of each model
- Configuration will be hybrid connecting with the team via Zoom / Teams
