What Youll Do

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse developmental and learning needs.

• Develop implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Collaborate with families school staff and multidisciplinary teams to promote student growth and success.

• Foster an inclusive positive classroom environment that encourages participation and progress.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing communication with staff and parents.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education

• Valid Maine Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience working with early childhood or elementary students with diverse learning needs

• Strong communication collaboration and organizational skills
