About the Role
Were looking for aPaid Media Managerwhos equal parts strategist and optimizer. Youll own paid media strategy and execution acrosssearch social and displaychannelswhile building trusted long-term relationships with clients.
This isnt a siloed campaign management role. Youll have theautonomy to make strategic decisions backed by a collaborative team that values insight innovation and measurable results.
What Youll Do
Lead strategy planning and optimization of paid campaigns acrossGoogle Microsoft Meta LinkedIn and display networks
Translate client goals into actionable media strategies that drive performance
Turn data into storiesdelivering insights that move the needle
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ads
Manage budgets pacing and forecasting for maximum ROI
Build strong client relationships as a trusted digital advisor
Partner with vendors and publishers to identify new opportunities
What You Bring
3 years ofpaid searchmanagement experience
1 year ofpaid socialexperience
2 years managingclient relationships(agency experience preferred)
Strong skills inGoogle Analytics conversion tracking and pixel/tag management
A data-driven mindsetyou focus on thewhy not just thewhat
Bonus: Experience running paid campaigns inregulated industries(healthcare pharma finance)
