Were seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on full-cycle HR role for someone who thrives as a department of one - balancing strategy compliance and day-to-day support while helping to cultivate our strong people-centered culture.
What Youll Do
As our HR Manager youll oversee all aspects of human resources including:
- Talent Management: Lead recruiting hiring and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership fostering engagement and resolving issues with fairness and empathy.
- Benefits & Compensation: Manage employee benefits open enrollment and compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Performance & Development: Oversee performance reviews goal setting and professional development initiatives.
- Compliance & Policy: Maintain compliance with employment laws and develop/update HR policies procedures and handbooks.
- Payroll Processing: Execute accurate bi-weekly multi-state payroll using iSolved.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion our values recognize employee achievements and support a positive work environment.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (HR certification preferred).
- 5 years of progressive HR experience ideally in a small or mid-sized company.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (multi-state experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and strategically while also handling tactical day-to-day HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
- Comfortable wearing many hats - from compliance to culture building.
