The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Project Execution: Conduct pre-construction meetings set customer expectations and manage project schedules and progress.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work meets plans specifications codes and scope requirements through site inspections. Identify areas outside of contracted scope of work.
- Customer Advocacy: Provide daily updates manage scope changes compile and resolve punch lists and secure final sign-offs.
- Material Management: Order materials and ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate subcontractors ensuring purchase order compliance and providing performance evaluations.
What You Bring
- Proven track record in customer service.
- Excellent organizational scheduling math and communication skills (written/oral).
- High school diploma/GED.
- Experience in restoration and/or construction is strongly preferred.
