The Position

规范诊疗

1.基于公司相关产品策略介绍罗氏产品的关键信息使医生及专家认知并了解罗氏的产品知识

2.基于公司疾病领域相关策略传递相应疾病领域产品相关医学信息促进医生制定规范治疗方案运用专业知识助力生态圈内诊断准确度的提升

学科建设

1.访问临床及病理医生按时按质的完成相关客户(尤其重点专家)对于疾病领域洞见的收集进行总结分析和反馈

2.组织协调并整合各类治疗领域学术会议推动建立治疗领域治疗规范

疾病全程管理

支持协助患者解决方案经理关注疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

具备相关疾病领域的基础知识

良好学习能力

业务敏锐度

较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力

正确的思维和行为 (使命驱动合作共赢成长性思维)

Years of Working Experience工作年限

3年以上医药行业工作经验

既往有销售/市场/医学经验

跨职能工作经验为佳

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

医学或药学相关本科及以上学历

在试用期内通过RDPAC考试

在试用期内完成罗氏所有必修课程
