DescriptionAbout the Role
As an Executive Assistant you will provide comprehensive support to our Executive Team. This is a part-time position working 22.80 hours per week (0.60FTE). These hours can be spread across three or four days however the rostered days of work must include Fridays.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to general office administration duties managing calendars preparing documents and assisting with reporting arranging the finer details of meetings and events to ensure everything runs smoothly receiving mail and deliveries and creating an optimal working environment for the senior executives to manage the business.

- Be an excellent communicator.
- Have demonstrated Executive Assistant experience and strong admin related skills.

- Be someone who enjoys learning.
