Job Summary
The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Secret cleared Senior Software Developer to work in our Lawton Oklahoma office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Fires Division Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) and Post-Production Software Support (PPSS) Maintenance and Sustainment this mission we provide engineering and technical services to the CECOM Software Engineering Center Mission Command Division based in Aberdeen MD with operations located at Ft. Sill/Lawton OK.
Successful candidates will support our customer in creating capabilities and providing technical services and subject matter expertise in Mission Command Fires and C2 Maneuver systems. You will provide technical support to the Family of US Armys FIRES Systems including: AFATDS AN/TQP-53 and LCMR Q49A.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in the design development and maintenance of software for a variety of engineering applications.
Work with analysts to understand their analytic or interface requirements.
Assist in developing tools and interfaces.
Assist in design development and testing of operating systems-level software compilers and network distribution software applications.
Assist in setting operational specifications and formulate and analyzing software requirements.
Assist in design embedded systems software.
Analyze user needs; develop and design software solutions.
*** Candidate must be local to Ft Sill OK area and must be willing to work on site. No relocation is available and start date must be within 2 weeks.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in computer science electronics engineering or other engineering or Technical discipline with 8-12 years prior relevant experience in software development.
CISSP-ISSEP FITSP-D GCSA GISF or SSCP certification may be substituted for the degree
US Citizenship required
Active and current Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
6 years of Agile Development experience.
Come break things (in a good way). Then build them smarter.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $104650.00 - $189175.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
