Job Summary
We are assisting our client in identifying and hiring an Accounting Manager to join their team. Our client provides cloud-based collection software solutions for banks credit unions and fintechs to collect and manage their portfolios.
Specifically they provide the technology and data necessary to increase collections efficiency provide a digital consumer experience reduce staff costs anticipate delinquencies and provide insight into future credit decisions.
As an Accounting Manager you will support the Chief Financial Officer by managing the financial operations and health of the business. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing financial insights to support growth and operational efficiency.
This is a hybrid position located in Malvern PA.

As an Accounting Manager you will support the Chief Financial Officer by managing the financial operations and health of the business. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing financial insights to support growth and operational efficiency.
This is a hybrid position located in Malvern PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee AR and GL functions
- Monitor aging and follow up
- Ensure processing of transactions and reconciliations
- Assist with the month-end process
- Coordinate and manage sales tax returns
- Assist in the external financial audit including schedules and documentation
- Process new contracts including managing revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC606
- Draft distribute and process all Sales Order add-ons and Statements of Works
- Calculate and reconcile commissions
- Ensure effective internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend and implement solutions
- 5 years experience in accounting
- Proficiency with Sage Intacct or a similar accounting platform
- BA/BS Degree in a related field is required
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company is highly desirable
