We are looking for a creative Named Enterprise Account Executive to join the team in the Benelux to maximise the phenomenal market opportunity that exists for Databricks within the Retail & CPG vertical. Reporting to the Director Enterprise Sales as an Account Executive you will know how to sell innovation and value to existing customers identify new use cases and grow consumption and can guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to customers and partners. You will be offered huge potential for career progression with the pace of the teams growth.
The impact you will have:
- Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy
- Drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts
- Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets
- Track all customer details including use case investment & deployment time frames next steps and forecasting in Salesforce
- Identify new use case opportunities showcase and prove value to existing customers
- Promote the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
- Orchestrate and utilise our field engineering teams to ensure valuable outcomes for clients
- Build and demonstrate value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close point
What we look for:
- Extensive understanding of the data platform open source and cloud ecosystems
- Highly skilled in identifying white space executing on new opportunities and managing and growing an existing customer base with the ability to map out and truly build relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in Value Selling and developing a mutual action plan
- Ability to influence decision-making and strategy with customer leadership teams
- Ability to establish credibility with the C-suite
- Adept in selling to technical buyers
- Experience growing consumption and closing commit deals in a direct sales role
- Mastery of MEDDPICC
- Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Dutch is preferred
