Key job responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that accelerate startup customer adoption
- Build High-Performance Teams: Coach motivate and develop sales teams to achieve exceptional performance
- Cultivate Customer Relationships: Maintain executive-level connections with key startup customers and partners
- Deliver Operational Excellence: Identify implement and measure critical performance indicators
- Represent AWS: Engage in professional events and showcase our startup ecosystem support
A day in the life
Your day will be a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on engagement. Youll collaborate with passionate startup founders craft innovative go-to-market strategies and build relationships that help transform emerging technologies into market-leading solutions. From coaching your team to nurturing key customer relationships youll drive growth and innovation across multiple technology domains.
