Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 工作职责:

4. 市场分析与竞争策略收集和分析市场数据及竞争对手信息制定针对性的市场推广策略和销售计划保持市场竞争力

5. 销售数据分析跟踪销售业绩和市场趋势分析销售数据提供业务报告并根据分析结果调整销售策略和行动计划

6. 跨部门合作与市场营销产品管理客户服务等部门紧密协作确保销售计划的顺利实施并解决业务过程中遇到的问题

7. 培训与支持为销售团队提供持续的培训和支持提升团队专业技能和产品知识确保团队能够有效地推广公司产品

8. 预算管理制定并管理销售预算确保销售活动在预算范围内进行并实现预期的投资回报率

9. 市场反馈收集收集并反馈市场需求和客户意见协助公司产品改进和市场定位调整

Qualifications / Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies) 申请资格 / 职位要求(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)

1. 学历要求本科及以上学历药学市场营销商业管理或相关专业

2. 经验要求至少10年以上的医药行业销售经验其中至少5年以上的团队管理经验有零售药店销售背景者优先

3. 市场知识熟悉中国零售药店市场的现状和发展趋势具备良好的市场洞察力和分析能力

4. 客户管理能力优秀的客户关系管理能力能够有效维护和拓展客户资源

5. 沟通与谈判能力出色的沟通技巧和谈判能力能够与各种利益相关者进行有效的互动

6. 领导力具备卓越的领导力和团队协作精神能够激励和引导团队成员达成销售目标

7. 数据分析能力良好的数据分析能力能够利用数据支持决策并优化销售策略

8. 英语能力良好的英语听说读写能力

9. 适应能力能够适应快节奏的工作环境并在压力下保持高效工作
