The Maintenance Technician Coordinator will build maintain and advance maintenance department Work Orders and Preventative Maintenance systems.
Essential responsibilities:
Maintain and use Maximo and EHS database and sourcing systems.
Audit and validate all asset work order and purchasing data for accuracy and completeness.
Develop and maintain Maximo PM custom reports and work order databases for Facilities Maintenance Team.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.
Manage inspections customer complaints and customer requests.
Support various assigned projects lean initiatives and special individual duties as required
Ability and willingness to work overtime as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
Associates degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance).
Active Journeymans electrical license required.
Desired Characteristics
Strong computer skills/proficiency in the use of computer systems and current office suite programs such as Microsoft Word Excel and Access.
Building facilities janitorial or similar industry experience.
Strong planning organization skills and attention to detail.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Self-driven individual able to learn and solve problems with minimal supervision.
Build and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to handle change and work with varied personalities.
