Job Summary

Would you like a new and exciting role as a Support Worker at our brand new Supported Living Service in Denaby Main in Doncaster.
We are looking for Support Workers to join our specialist residential service at Supported Living.
A career as a Support Worker is incredibly rewarding challenging and offers a level of job satisfaction you wont find elsewhere. You will be joining a team whose focus is to provide support of the highest quality safeguard and promote the needs of the people we support.

You will be supporting people with autism and complex needs with their daily routines and helping them access new experiences.
You will have a FIXED rota of 4 days on and 2 days off.
This includes 2 morning shifts (07:00 - 15:30)and 2 afternoon shifts (15:00 - 21:30).
This is a rewarding fulfilling and important role and an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of the people who we support at Hesley Group.

About You

We are looking for Support Workers who have a can do attitude outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanor when needed. You dont have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values. We will ensure you receivefirst class trainingwhen you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group.We will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us. We will support you through your Level2 qualification so you become a fully qualified Support Worker.You will be joining a company who values its employees.
Due to current workforce planning requirements we are currently prioritising applications from candidates with indefinite leave to remain or settled status in the UK but we continue to welcome applications from all candidates regardless of their sponsorship/settled status.
