具备强策略性思维与强结构化思维可以独立根据战略目标设计项目并领导项目落地完成过往有咨询项目经验更佳甲乙方皆可
熟练使用Office办公软件独立根据业务要求完成PPT的设计与撰写熟练使用Excel处理数据生成报表及绘制图表等有SQLVBA等额外技术能力更佳
精通商务专业书写包括电子邮件会议记录备忘录操作流程及工作相关文档等
善于聆听与表达收集决策所需信息 能够流利并具有说服力地阐明观点
将个人职责和组织使命紧密联系在一起积极接受变革并适应环境的变化在必要时能够不墨守成规地思考和敏捷行事
不断提出新点子新思路善于发掘他人的才干集思广益寻找新机会尝试新方法
