What Youll Be Doing

The Contact Centre Performance Analytics team within Finance plays an integral role in supporting the Lending Contact Centre priorities through sales planning measurement design reports and analytic Financial Consultant Planning & Reporting is responsible for providing support in the design implementation and management of Contact Centre PMM/Scorecard and sales plan providing performance measurement reporting and business insight to Call Centre Sales Operations leaders in supported lines of business.

How Youll Succeed

  • Scorecard planning and delivery - Responsible for coordinating scorecard target setting partnering with business Lending Contact Centre Support Finance and Frontline teams. Participate in the design development and implementation of PMM/Scorecard for supported LOBs.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting - Responsible for providing analysis and input on the performance of supported business units with respect to sales plans actuals forecasts and trends in lending including RESL and Unsecure lending.
  • Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement - Recommend and assist in the development of new and enhanced reports systems policies and procedures to meet business requirements changing circumstances and address existing inefficiencies
