We are presently recruiting for a temporary full-time Regional Clinic Trainer for the CoolSculpting division covering the territories of Quebec Montreal and the Maritimes. Candidates must be bilingual (EN/FR) and can be located in Montreal or Toronto.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the development of body contouring training strategies: support the creation of clinical content clinical messaging clinical training presentations and treatment protocols for body contouring customers attending Canadian CoolSculpting Training.
- Deliver presentations and vitutral/hands-on training during training programs as needed.
- Create customized training content & tools as needed to meet the ongoing business need including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations and training manuals.
- Collaborate with other departments including Marketing Commercial Medical Affairs AMI to identify training opportunities and deficiencies. Actively research and identify ways to address these needs.
- Deliver virtual & hands-on CoolSculpting training during peer-to-peer training seminars for the purpose of training and demonstration to health care practitioners and internal staff.
- Plan & execute the National clinical trainings both in field & virtual.
- Work with marketing to identify relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) trainers & faculty nationally.
- Supports PDMs with on boarding phase for new CoolSculpting Technicians
- Cultivates a community of CoolSculpting Technicians to foster learning.
- Stays up to date with competition knowledge (products MOA technology)
- Follows up ROI of learning actions vs utilization and builds on going improvement.
- Contributes to the improvement of patient utilization & body contouring promotion by holding regular CoolSculpting training with NF accounts. Provides regular feedback to Practice Development Managers nationally.
- Monitors budgets for national body contouring coverage & support.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION
- Bachelors degree or equivalent is required.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Must Have:
- Basic knowledge: 2-4 years in a Medical Training role is favorable.
Plus:
- Classroom training experience on procedure training consultation business-to business (B2B) and selling skills are desired.
CAPABILITIES / SKILLS
Must Have:
- Strong organizational scheduling planning and prioritizing abilities.
- Ability to create and deliver educational presentations to customers peers and prospects with measurable results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
BEHAVIORS
Must Have:
- High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
French proficiency is required in Québec.
