Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: USA Parkway

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator with basic computer skills who is eager to grow into a cross-functional role. This position offers hands-on training and support with opportunities to assist in inventory management and yard operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate rebar fabrication equipment (shears benders cranes forklifts welders etc.)
Attend training sessions for equipment and safety procedures
Perform inventory counts and assist with yard operations
Load and unload materials from trailers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety programs
Cross-train on multiple machines and tasks

Qualifications:

High School Diploma GED or equivalent experience preferred
Basic computer skills required
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs climb ladders and stand for long periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Willingness to work overtime including emergency situations
Experience in an industrial or heavy equipment environment preferred
