Job Summary

This role involves overseeing approximately half of the companys operations including planning project oversight logistics and staff management. The Operations Executive will serve as the right hand to ownership ensuring every project process and team member operates at peak efficiency.

The ideal candidate must have executive-level operational and management experience in the construction industry be available at all times as needed and demonstrate strong decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments. This is not a 95 role it requires total ownership leadership presence and strategic foresight.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage internal operations logistics and planning across multiple active construction projects.
Oversee project managers site supervisors and administrative staff to ensure smooth coordination.
Implement and enforce systems for accountability scheduling and quality control.
Develop and refine processes that improve workflow efficiency and profitability.
Serve as the primary liaison between office staff field teams and ownership.
Monitor budgets timelines and resource allocation to ensure project success.
Identify operational gaps and implement solutions swiftly and effectively.
Maintain high standards of professionalism confidentiality and leadership.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management or operations leadership (preferably commercial or multi-site).
Proven success managing large teams and complex construction projects.
Strong background in planning scheduling and operational systems.
Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills.
Hands-on management style with the ability to lead by example.
Strategic thinker who can balance execution with long-term growth.
Must be available as needed (no fixed hours) and able to handle a high level of responsibility.
Male candidates preferred due to nature of site involvement and team structure.
